Electrical issues with accessory on the ignition
I am having issue with my 07 cobalt ls accessory switch on the ignition when I turn to this position no power but when switched to the other position everything works fine. It happen after I was working on my amplifier I accidently crossed the speaker wire that goes to the radio and fried my stock radio 
and blown the radio fuse.
