Finally did leak down
 

Finally did lwak down test, was advised that my rings my pistons and block we're all good compression came back 205 across the board, however I was advised that my head or valves is the issue. I'm burning between two and 3 quarts of oil a month so now I am looking to get my head in all new valves / components replaced .
