Angry What to do with over torqued pulley??????

I have a pulley that was installed by GM when my Stage 2 kit went in. I am putting dress kits on my engine now. Nothing to void the warranty. Wanted to put a polished pulley on. So guess what the mechanic that installed my stage 2 pulley torqued my pulley screws at 39lbs(shoulc have been 12-13lbs) with a full coat of loktight. Now they have broken both torque bits that came with the kit and stripped the bolts. They now want time to see if they can tap the screws or heat them up to get them out. I think heating them up would be bad for the seal and needle bearings in the sc. My dealer has alway been good to me. So my question is "if you were in my shoes would you let them try to tap and heat the bolts or just remove the sc and press the pulley and hub off and make them replace both?
As they have already scuffed up my existing pulley.

If you drill off the heads the pulley will come off and relieve the pressure from the torque and you should be able to turn out the screws which now look like studs with a vise grip.
If they used red dot(permanent) loctite some heat maybe required.
