Halp It died

So here is the story.. I was on my way to drop my son off at the sitters house backed out of the driveway and it stalled i was like ok.. so tried to start it back up and all it does is crank. I know im getting fuel, checked fuses and so on. DOES ANY1 HAVE AN IDEA!!!

Take the plugs out and clean them, they are probably fouled from stalling.

Hmm didn't think of that I know last year I put iridium plugs in but ill give it a shot

xdjstylz330x May 21, 2011 08:18 PM

altho im used to cars with distributors...change cap and rotor, maybe whole dist...BAM! done..not too sure on coil packs tho..could be something else

Gen.Mills May 21, 2011 08:21 PM

The thing I can't figure out if its the coil packs why would all 4 go out. Oh btw I have the 2.0 s/c lol

Check your fuses and relays? If all four went at once, it would make sense to me. Fuel, air and spark.

Which motor do you have in the car and which model is it?
Did you check for loose connectors,ex.pcm and anything related to spark, cam sensor wires etc...

Sorry I guess I shouldnt read so fast 2.0 SC

Take a good look at the wires located by the purge selinoid ,i think the mounting bracket is known for chaffing through the wire tied to it or around it.Especially the wire for the cam sensor(sensor could of failed)

There must be a code if not are you sure it is a spark problem?
If not check the wires for the injectors where they meet to the pcm they are known to chaff and short out as well.
