I need a lot of help with this nightmare

I own a 2007 Chevrolet cobalt SS sc I've had it for about a year now and it's always had the same problem... P0171 bank 1 too lean. I can't pass New Jersey inspection because of it I've tried a number of different fixes after reading these forums but now I need real help can someone please help me fix it. I've tried replacing the mass air flow sensor, I cleaned the throttle body, I put in a new air filter, I watched the graphs on the scan tool to check the O2 sensors which seem to be operating well, I replaced my fuel pump, I sprayed all over my engine with starter fluid to check for vacuum leaks and I also replace my supercharger bypass valve I'm lost.

That code popped up on one of my tune updates, then the next update it went away and hasn't came back in about a week. If you're tuned I'd check that since you've done everything else.
