hey guys, i cant seem to get much help over on the jbody.org site so im hoping i can here. i go ta 2005 cavalier ecotec 2.2. I have swapped on the cobalt ss supercharger setup and everythign is installed but the car wants to bog out n die when u put the pedal to the floor. it idles fine and i can get it up to speed if i LIGHTLY push the pedal but when i hit boost it wants to die. Now i have replaced all gaskets, s/c and intake gaskets along with a 2002 fuel rail. I have a high flow fuel pump comming but to me this sounds like it MIGHT be a TMAP sensor issue that came off the donor ss car. I kinda cleaned i with break clean prior to install :p....any suggestions?

Have you tuned the car? Are you attempting to tune via the 2.5bar method or the 1bar method? Not a lot of cavi guys on here but the tuning side of it is pretty simple.

if i remember correctly the A/F ratio was 14.6:1 and it has the aftermarket GM reflash for the supercharger kit for these cars

A lot of people ive talked to say those tunes arent the greatest but it should still boost fine. Are there any codes?

OP what is the afr when you floor it? Are you monitoring your afr with a wideband gauge?
