I Just Put A Cold Air Intake On Mt Cobalt Turbo . It Ran Good The First Day It Was In . The Second Day It Rained All Day And I Drove All Day The Filter Got Wet And Now The Can Is Sluggish And The Top Speed Has Decreased I Dont Want To Put Fac Filter Back In . My Question Is Can Water Fuck The Mafs ? If Not Anyone Know Wat The Problem May Be ???

Well, You Could Have Water In Your Engine. I'm Not Sure If It's A Problem With The Sensor.

yes, a wet filter could mess with the MAF. Try following the manufactures instructions for drying out the filter and cleaning your MAF.

When the filter gets soaked it tends to restrict the flow especially if its paper.
You could get the hydro sheild for like $25.00 to help with this problem.

If its a oiled filter the maf is most likely contaminated with oil.
