Metal debris on Cam Acutator

Got these metal bits on the Intake actuator, exhaust one looks OK. Guesses as to whats making them?

Judging by the size of those flakes I would say that's bearing material.

Geez, thx guys. I'll check tonight on the flake composition and check the oil filter. I'm planning on driving it over to ZZP and having them check it out.

Metal bits are non-magnetic, and break when you try to bend them. No metal bits at all in the oil filter.
