did you leave the belt on and use a long breaker bar to try to jam them loose really quick?

If you can get access to an impact gun that should take them right out.

Red loctite(permanent) was uesd most likely, Might have to use some heat on the bolts to loosen the loctite.
If that doesnt work you have no choice but to drill them out and retap the holes in the hub.

You could try rapping the bolt heads with a hammer to break the loctite free ,but watch you dont damage the SC.

Did you search it because there were other guys that had the same problem.
Hopefully they will jump in on this one.

You shouldn't have a fluid problem. I don't remember if you have to remove the fuel lines to get the S/C out though... if so you may have a little fuel spill out but it shouldn't be much.

Heat won't hurt the S/C - it gets pretty damn hot when it is in normal operation, just don't heat it too hot. I can't believe these shops put loctite on the pulley bolts and then crank the bolts in as tight as they can. The bolts are only supposed to be tightened to 15 foot pounds and they won't loosen during driving.
