Noise from engine

I'm having an issue with my 07 2.0 lsj. I recently had the oil changed and decided to have bg moa put in as well. Well a few weeks after, starting yesterday I now have this horrible clattering noise coming from the pass side of the engine. It sounds like a diesel engine. I checked the oil level and noticed it is over full. Do you think the noise is because the oil is over full or is it something more catastrophic. Car has 71000 miles on it. Any help would be great thanks.

I highly doubt you overfilling with oil would do that. I would pull the valve cover and check the rockers and timing chain.

Yeah I guess you could say that. more like marbles bouncing around near the top of the engine behind the front engine cover area
