Outside Thermometer?

Mine keeps saying its 120 degrees outside. Its probably too close to something hot so its not getting the right air temperature reading.

Anyone happen to know where the thermometer is? Not for the engine

underneath the driverside headlight

Just unplug it and plug it back in ,might just need a reboot.

Yeah, sometimes mine will even get stuck on the same temp for part of a day to a couple days and then suddenly will "wake up" and makes it's way to the correct temp again over the course of a few minutes.

I have no idea why.

Just give it some time and it will unstick itself. Mine's done it several times and it takes anywhere from the next key turn to a couple days, but it always unsticks.

worst case scenario is probably buying a new one for 20 bucks, had to order a new one for mine, it was mysteriously missing when I bought the car

Yeah, they are less than 20 and I would just get a new one.
