passenger door wont open!!!
 

this week i tried to open my passenger door and it wont open... when i try the handle is look like nothing is atach to it... my lock is working
the same thing hapen to me last summer but it was on garanty... im not on the garanty anymore and i dont know how they open the door!

try searching on here, im pretty sure i have seen a few threads about this.

Will it not open from the inside of the car, outside, or both?

use a m-80 to open doors

my bad. click search then advanced then go to thread title only and type in "door wont open" and you'll get a ton of threads. hopefully that will help

This is caused by the latch not returning back to the set position! In the pic below you will see a I Hook with the cable attached, The I Hook isn't returning to the up position & stopping the handles from working! You wont have the cable like I do, it will be a bar attached to the I Hook!

If your door wont open hit it from the outside or inside to free up the latch Or drive around on bumpy roads <<<it works trust me!
After you get it open spray lube in the latch, if that doesn't work then remove the door panel push it up just a little & it should work....then lube the hell out it!

I've experienced this problem with both my doors, usually i just "jiggle" the handle open and closed quickly from the outside to fix it then spray lube in there.

No problem & spray that latch with some lube, if you are in wet conditions use silicone spray lube it last longer! 1st time I seen this was on a buddies car about 2 years ago!:cssNET:
