Question about an LSJ
Helping a buddy fix his LSJ.
he keeps getting p0017 even though we replaced the camshaft sensor and reclocked it. it sometimes starts on the first start, other times it cranks over 3 or 4 times.
im hesitant to take it apart again because the mechanic he took it to to get the head gasket replaced stripped out the threads in the Camshaft sensor lower bolt.
Any ideas? does he need to take it to GM to get relearned or anything?
