Random loss of power LSJ
Among other problems, something that has been randomly happening lately is a huge loss of power and "cough"/cutout starting at 3k rpm during WOT. My aero force gauge shows NO misfires or knocks during this (which is weird since it misfires at other times quite a bit). Its almost like I was lifting my foot off the throttle then immediately flooring it again. The other weird thing is it seems to clear itself after 20 miles or so, or once if it just sat for a couple of hours it was fine after. I have no clue what is going on. Any thoughts?
2.9 pulley 60? injectors 3in zzp intake + exhaust This is a new problem I've started encountering. I remember seeing a throttle body malfunctioning on the forum once, is that a common thing? What's really throwing me off is the lack of knock or misfire. |

The boost needle will follow the motion of the gas pedal if throttle is opening proportionately and the ECU isn't commanding the bypass solenoid for some reason. |

I would guess your problem is either incorrect fueling or spark plugs either fouled or incorrectly gapped. Do you have a wideband sensor/gauge?

At WOT it boosts normally up until 3k rpm, then the needle flucuates all over with the loss of power. Just a side comment, I drove it 25 miles to work today and no issues. It comes and goes. |

New plugs gapped at .032, I will be pulling the injectors tonight but I figured that would show as knock if it was them.
