Fuse box dead?

I have a 2006 cobalt SS. Ever since I purchased it the windows and sunroof moved slow but I thought nothing of it. Yesterday leaving work I was opening them all and a midst opening my sunroof I bumped the wheel a little and the sunroof stopped opening? I was driving home then, and noticed that the power steering warning was on, yet I still had power steering. I parked it, and went back later, and it would not start. :'( I don't think that the electronic steering is bad because it still worked. Is this a bad fuse box, or maybe a ground wire short? Any ideas would be great. Just need somewhere to start. I checked the fuse for the power steering, which I presume is labeled "EPS"? but found nothing...

I took off the fuse box once to get the the upper trans mount. When I put it back together, the car would not start. I had to take apart the fuse box again, and make sure that each of the fuse box blocks were seated with their connectors. They are like lego blocks that need to snap tightly inside the fuse box. Maybe you could check that, but be careful putting it back together ( and disconnect the battery first).

Here is a link with photos.
