Roaring noise when turning from a stop or at low speeds

Does this sound like a wheel bearing or any ideas what else it could be? It only happens at low speeds or from a stop, never hear it when driving at faster speeds and do a turn only happens at low speeds especially when doing a sharp turn

Possible a wheel bearing that has play, allowing the rotor and hub assemble to tilt a lil bit and rub something.

I would guess wheel bearing as well. Jack it up in the air and give your wheel a wiggle in and out top and bottom. If there is play the wheel bearing is toast. However, the wheel bearing can still be bad even if there isn't noticeable play. Also put the trans in neutral and try to load up the wheel while spinning to see if you can feel anything "gritty".

What do you mean exactly by load up the wheel?

Yeah spin it by hand but try to push on one side of the wheel and pull on the other side as you spin it to put a slight load on the bearings and feel for any grittiness.
