No crank after engine rebuild

You can see what happens when I try to crank in the video. Turn the key on and no lights come on the dash like usual just the lock symbol. Then when I try and crank it shows lock symbol but only briefly. Not sustained like for a security relearn. I have a code for the MAP sensor because I fried it accidentally mixing up the TB with the fuel rail. That is the only code. But my dash does display service airbag for some reason. Hopefully an airbag deal wouldn't disable the car. Any ideas as to why I can't crank would be great.

Just a thought, there is a ground wire thats situated above the starter that gets overlooked frequently. I think it goes behind a trans bolt, at least thats where I put mine.

That is connected. I have two ground wires on that bolt.

If it is a connection problem I am confident it is in the fuse box assembly under the hood. I would like to confirm it isn't some kind of security lock out. Hopefully someone has seen something like this so I know where to start and what not to waste my time on.

There's a ground wire under the headlight to the engine block. On the harness (mines a lsj) there are 2 eye loops that go on the engine block itself to ground.
The starter has a positive going to it from the fuse box and another positive from alternator. The engine harness also has the signal wire on it that goes to starter. From there make sure the battery terminals are TIGHT and battery fully charged. Check all the fuses make sure they ok even the BcM

Ground wire under headlight connected and tightened down. 2 eye loop grounds on on trans bolt. I never disconnected the wires on the starter itself. The starter wire positive connection to the fuse box is connected. The shorter wire with eyelet from starter is connected to alternator. Engine harness signal wire was never disconnected from starter. The issue is definitely not the starter because I don't even have all the dash lights that should come on right when you turn it on. I have checked all the fuses under the hood but will check fuses in the cabin later when I am home.

Like I said all my sensors, grounds and main cables I have checked and are connected. If I have connection problems I am pretty sure it is in the fuse box connectors to harness.

Before I tightened it all that would happen is the security light on the dash. After I tightened it I could at least get the OBD to read and I could hear relays/solenoids activating but still only dash light is the security light.

Start with checking all the PCM fuses with a continuity tester so you don't have to power them up. I pulled the TB and injector harness schematics... looking at the connectors now to see what the drivers line up with.

Where are PCB fuses?

I have looked at the fuses in the box in question and the internal fuse panel in the car cabin on passenger side.

Alright guys I am a ******* and apologize for wasting anyone's time thus far. My IP IGN fuse (20a) was a slot off. Corrected that and now she turns over. Will reconnect the fuel pump relay after work and see if I can start it up. Wanted to crank over the engine a few times to get oil pumped first.

According to the schematics I pulled, It should have blown when the connectors were crossed.

It probably would have if I had it in the right spot. I had it shifted to the right half half a slot.

It's all good now got that problem chased down. I had my IP IGN fuse off a slot so essentially no IP IGN. It happened because I pulled the fuse to look at it and put it back in the wrong spot. I don't know if my horn worked at the time or not.
