I guess my do dime, slightly at the bottom range of the dimmer knob, but they are like 15 times brighter then the rest of the dash lights, sarcastically bright, any one know what the part# is for factory like ones or where to get them? led is fine but seems all are too bright.

Grab a cheap multipack of resistors ranging from .5k-5k ohm and test run one at a time in series with the leds. Little trial and error but you should be able to find one that matches up with your leds to bring the brightness down and make them more dimmable. Did the same back in high school when upgrading peoples ipc lights.
There isn't a part number for interior lights from gm on the steering wheel, hvac, ipc, switches, ect. I used replacement mini flashlight bulbs from lowes for my hvac in my ls when one burned out. I forget the size though.
