supercharger leaking oil

Well I went in to get stage 2 installed today and they found my supercharger was leaking oil from the snout, this is not common according to the shop guy

Ive also never heard of this other than in the rebel twin screw blower, anyone else had this issue, its covered under warranty

^ That is not a common problem. Good luck with it, I hope you find out more information. Did you ever have the SC a part for any reason?

probably a bad gasket

My S/C has a very slight leak around the snout, its never been apart, just went from a stock pulley to a 2.8 once, and has been on the car ever since. Its only enough to cause some dirt around the end of the snout and under the pulley, not enough to have oil dripping or anything. I wonder what they will find?

the oil was leaking from the snout, the tech said there was oil everywhere when he took off the blower even before he got the stock pulley off
