weird brake problem
 

long story short whenever i come to a stop my brakes make a squeak noise, and whenever i let off the brakes to start moving the make the same squeak noise, any ideas?

EDIT: its not the brakes squealing, its like the exact second the car stops moving it makes the noise, and right when i let off the break it makes the noise for a split second

are you a base model with rear drum brakes? if so clean and adjust

yea its a 07 lt, and i just got new rotors/pads like 200 miles ago if that makes a difference
