I have some big issues...

So here is the deal...My check engine light comes on one day...So I take it to the dealership I bought the car off of...Don Hall Supercenter Ashland KY...they said that the car on was pushing 50psi in the #2 cylinder then after looked the whole head was bad...so it took them 19 days to get my car done I called many times they gave me different days every time. Anyways I went in like friday and my car was taken apart and the front end was laying face down on the concrete, I went to the service manage and told him to get it off the ground face down. But today I got my car back and the front end was all scratched up like I thought it would be, so I told them about that then I get into my car and see my radar detector had been taken and the cord ripped in two pieces because it was tucked un my center console. Then I start looking harder, my hole dash console everything was taken out of it my receipts for everything done to the car manuals bill of sale everything including my tomtom GPS...also in my armrest stuff had been taken including my oakley gassans and my emergency checkbook. So then I told the dealership the cops were called and three hours later I took a report. And the manager said the insurance would take care of it GM I guess...and they wanted to keep my car to fix the front end and I said no your not keeping my car any longer...then to top it off my car is lagging or something like it is boosted fine but the car feels like its holding back. I am going to call Gm and talk to someone. and if nothing gets resolved I'm getting a attorney. Any advice or opinons?

That has to be one of the best stealerships I've heard of. You did the right thing, I would of had the cops there in seconds. Take it to another Chevy dealership and have them check it out if you really think your having boost issues now.

That's where I bought my balt. I haven't had any bad experiences (yet) with them. Well, except for my car had a bunch of scratches from them they said they could fix, but didn't. So i took some scratch x to them and it did way more than the 3 hours they had with it. But I really can't complain, they are the only dealer anywhere near me that kept the SS's in stock for some reason.
