Wtf are these codes
1 Attachment(s)
Hi guys,
I scanned one of my friend's car with an obd2 scanner and got the following codes : Attachment 63268 Can't find what they mean anywhere.. Doesn't even seem like it's real codes.. You guys got any idea of what they could mean ? Or maybe I should try to scan it again to see if I get different results. Thanks !! |
those are not real codes. your going to need to get a real scan tool to properly scan it. the best i can tell you is p codes are powertrain and c codes are chassis (abs typically). to get the chassis codes you need more than a generic obd2 code reader.

Those are enhanced DTC's probably on a german car?
You can look them up. DTC's starting with P2xxx are manufacturere specific codes and are in hex, so 0-9 or a-f is one digit. My Z used to have some p2a01 codes for the factory wideband errors. Try googling those codes and put what car you're dealing with, it will tell you what they are. |
Quick search shows
P2F09 Radiator Temp Out Max on a mini cooper and C0100 as a #1 abs solenoid failure in many cars. no results on the p3 code. What car is it and maybe I can look them up through mitchells. |
