Before & After of Fiance's Sunfire
I took the liberty of cleaning my fiance's car last night. I was only going to wash and wax it but after seeing how dirty it was i decided to wash, clay bar and wax it. I was only able to wash and clay it last night before it got dark outside. I then got my butt out of bed at 6:40AM so that I could wax it as well as do the tire, rims, and windows before she had to go to work this morning. Here are some before and after shot. Its down right amazing what a little TLC and good car care products can do. I used Clay Magic Claybar and Maguires NXT Liquid Wax

Thanks. It did turn out very well. I told all my friends i was going to give the Maguires NXT wax a good test by using it on her car and it definitely didn't let me down. I will definitely be using it on my car. I plan on doing mine this morning/afternoon before I go to my moms for mother's day. I'll try and post some pics of it too

yea from the pics it does. However there are tons for rock chips and the front bumper is messed up from her rear ending someone this winter. Also the rear quarter panel is a little scrapped up from when she spun out and hit a wall on the entrance ramp of the highway and the rockers a little bad to from some curb checks but you cant see all of that in the pictures. The car is a 2003 and i would have to say with all defects aside it does look like a brand new car. The shine and color are so much deeper after using the clay bar and waxing it. The car had never been waxed and you could tell that from when i was using the clay. I used about 1/2 on the entire car kneading it about every section or 2 i did

She took the car today and some of her employee's were asking her what the heck I used on it because it looked so good they wanted to use it on their vehicles. I finished mine and took some pics but i dont have time to post them right now. I will hopefully be able to get them up this evening.

The entire front clip is a little messed up from when she rear ended someone this past winter. I have tried to fix it but its going to require me replacing a lot of parts to get it right again and she is probably going to be getting rid of it soon so im not going to bother with it

Here are pics of my car as promised. Mine isn't as much of a notice but you can see the color is a little deeper in some of the pics and the rims and tires are nice and shinny

well the sunfire is a pos and we will be getting rid of it soon to get a sedan for when we have a family. With 2 car payments and trying to plan and afford a wedding its the only way i can go. I have been upgrading my cobalt a little at a time and plan to put a turbo on it sometime
