Gash in leather
 

So, the other night I noticed a gash in my passanger side leather inserts. Now, since there's only been two people that have sat in the passanger seat, and both were women, I blame those damn fingernails.
Now that I have my problem said, anyone have any idea what I can do to touch it up? It's a white gash on black leather. Thing is, the leather is still there, just ripped up. Should I just use black polish to touch it up and some anti-fray material? Any suggestions will help, thanks.

I work at a dealership and we have a guy come in and he does all sorts of little repairs like that. Dashes, seats, door trim, mouldings all that kind of stuff. Anyway he does really good work, costs about $100, but well worth it.

I would look into that if you want it fixed properly and permanently. Just make sure you find someone who knows what they are doing as there are a lot of idiots out there.

I'll look into that. It's not very big, like I said. Also, there is no flap, it's just gone. Kinda made me sad when I went out to look again, haha. To be honest, I'm not too worried. 100 bucks is kinda high, but it will need to be done. Thanks, though. I'm going to check around locally if there's someone that will do it, hopefully for less.
