Getting sap or dried bird crap off paint?

So lately ive noticed dry sap or dried bird crap on my hood and it leaves black stuck in the paint and its almost like sucked in where if u run ur finger across its smooth no bumps. It happended again today but i saw the white from the bird crap this time and it was dry as shit and its been sunny so that didnt help it either.

I have used Scratch X, meguier's products, and stuff from my work. I dont wanna spend the $ to have it wet sanded and painted. Is there anything i can use that maybe some of u guys have used. Maybe you guys know what i am talkin bout with this sap or bird crap.

wax and grease remover should work stock paint is very strong. you could use paint thinner if that doesnt work

Yah its on my hood which i got painted after i got the cowl put on so its not stock painted from the factory its aftermarket from a body shop. I tried nail polish remover to and i got nothing. Somebody said try rainx to, and if i use 80grit and wet sand it wont that take the paint off?

if you are gong to sand it use 2000 wet sand paper then buff after

Tried a claybar w/ quick detailer to see if it pulls it from the surface?

80 grit sandpaper, lol, are you serious? Are you trying to get it down to the primer, lol. I would use the claybar as others have suggested and then I would go to a porter cable buffer or something and then see how much more serious you have to get about it.

I've used the turtle wax ICE 2 step clay bar kit, superior results every time. It removes everything that contaminates and ruins paint. I haven't tried their wax yet, always been happy with how Zymol brings out the color and shine as a finish. Makes me mad when I spend all day detailing the car, only to have a bird shat on it a day later...
