Got any advice on painting exhaust tips?!

i have a white 06 balt, body kit and everything, soon to be fully functional dual exhaust cuz of the way my rear lip is now (don't have pics of it yet) but i would like to do either blue or black exhaust tips, so if anybody has any experience or ideas that would be really helpful. i'm not for sure going to do it, i just want to know how so that i have the option.

again my car is white secondary color is black...honestly i hate chrome and think black tips would look better IMO

Thanks!

Nothing in your mods list could make you a sleeper.

Why can't you guys just give the guy a straight answer...

If you are set on painting it. Just be sure to get it very clean and sand it good so the paint will adhere. Also use a very high temp paint. They make "flame proof" header paint sold at autozone and such..

I would also advise taking the exhaust off the car to prevent any overspray.

Uuuhhhh... I just read your Mod list there in your sig.... and I have a question.

How the hell are you powering two 12" 1300watt subwoofers with one 500 watt max RF amplifier?

extremely curious behind this idea here? Are those subwoofers knock off brands that have a rediculous impedeance(sp) of like 8 Ohms to get 1300watts and at 1 Ohm its 250watts?

my deck has added power, the amp has a control knob, so the speakers aren't used to full power, just enough to where the sound isnt so treble-y

So I could post a pic of my car and title it: Cobalt with 600 whp :p .
And be stock.

And that wouldn't seem weird to you?
