Wheels, Paint vs Powdercoat?

Ive been thinking about getting my wheels done black. Which way should i go paint or powdercoat. Im leaning towards paint. Just thought id see what others have done. The wheels are factory ss/tc wheels

powder coat if you can afford it. make sure whoever powder coats them is doing it correctly I have a seen a lot of 50 bucks a wheel type jobs that look ok for a little while and then go to hell. I do em from home and charge 80ish a wheel to give you a idea. Paint is def cheaper but Just cant hold a candle to durability and finish of powdercoating.

Powdercoat hands down. The Stock rims are painted, and the paint doesn't hold up very well (My gunmetal rims are horrible looking).

powdercoating no questions asked......its more durable to road debris, cleaning chemicals, and if its done right it will hold up for a lot longer then wheel paint. if you dont have the money save up to do it. you will save money in the long run.
