i was driving around in a buddies hahn tuned t/c probably was driving it for the first time for mmm 10 minutes? ms6 pulls up ask what mods... he says as above... we go 3 times... owned, owned, partially walked... i missed 3rd... got back in it... passed him by half car. all runs from digs. launching t/c's are super easy. all runs were done NOT using NLS or launch control... just rpms at 2200 release clutch... half throttle first gear. and shifting at 6k (hahn tuned apparently has no pull after 6k but SO DAMN powerful up to than) however i dragged 3rd up to 6500 idk y lol either way...

side note... ****** ms6's shift so much. way to go mazda on crappy close geared ratios. he couldnt even beat me off the line. he should of started in second from a dig lol

 

its called he didn't know how to launch his car........don't get me wrong grant's tc is fast but that ms6 should at least be ahead for maybe a second or 2 ......then again i outlauched sti from digs now that i did some new stuff to the car lolll

But I'm kind of shocked that he didn't get you out of the hole? Those AWD MS6's can LAUNCH haha.. Especially on the street I'm surprised you got him like that? Roll wise I know you're faster though.. So who knows.. Good stuff either way

 

yea off the launch they are nice if you know what you doing....im sure that if you know how to launch your balt s/c, you should be able to launch that tc as well....but good race...what color was it? was it a white one with loud exhaust???

There's a guy around where I live with an MS6. Intake, test pipe, exhaust. I also have the Hahn Tune. (Btw I did a factory airbox mod and it now pulls hard past 6K rpms.)

I see him all the time so we've done digs and rolls. The driver of the MS6 your raced didn't know how to drive. Out of the hole they will get a solid lead if they know how to drive. Light to light they win, something like a 1/4 mile; we win. If the race isn't short we catch back up. So having said that, the roll races I did were 3-4 car walk.

 

no offense, but if any of you guys are outlaunching these AWD cars, then they do not know how to drive there car. Its just logical lol

I have a SC and from a dig the ms6 launches pretty hard on me and i dont catch it till like 60ish but from a 20 roll i walk away from it, nice kill tho...

 

yea that dude def didnt know how to launch then...let me run his car for him (former MS6 owner here) i would cut 1.8 60 fts on bridgestone pole position S0-3's at the track like clock work...and just to clarify i ran a 13.63 in my MS6 with just an intake...roll races? forget about it, balt FTW

oh and ummmm i/h/e?? i doubt he would have headers considering its turbo'd...try again?

 

dood wtf do i know. he said catless and straight pipes... so i put it together that he had full exhaust. i dont have a turbo so i could care less about how they work... however i would replace my s/c with a procharger badddd ass
