Red face My attempt at car detail(large pics!)

This past week i attempted to try and detail the paint on my father 73 Blazer. paint is about 5ish years old. It does see the mud and dirt. The was shot with the psint and clear together as my dad said. Here are some pic threw the process

Nice job. Looks like what I would've done with some swirl marks.

But who cares, it's just going to get dirty again and you're not going to be in a inspection contest.

what did you use? I find that a good clay, then a 3 stage by meguires or mother's works well. I subsitute the stage two with meguire's swirl remover 2.0. Seems to work for me.

if you really start getting into detailing you should check out www.topoftheline.com my neighbor does professional car detailing and buys some of his products there he also knows of some other sites that i can probably get from him.
