The header should fit almsot any ecotec. I know for a fact it will fit the 2.2 and 2.0.
The primaries are 1.5 inches in diameter. I believe Pacesetter made this diameter first, then they started making 1.75 inch primaries for the supercharged ecotec engines (Redline and SS/SC). It will fit no problem on the Redline and SS/SC cars, it just depends on how much you want to flow. It will definitely be an upgrade from the stock manifold.
You, and the others interested, may already know this, but you have to have a custom made DP made to install a Pacesetter header. I know of a company that makes ready to bolt-on downpipes for Pacesetter headers, but they are a little expensive for just a catless downpipe, but not by too much:

It would probably be cheaper to just have an exhaust shop, or yourself, fit it to your existing DP.
