Anytime t-fog , just remember go with what you've seen been done, or else you might end up kicking your self for using a set of flares that
"no one has used before"

Sorry this is taking longer than I expected, I am having trouble finding used oem coupe fenders on Craigslist. the flares guy says he has what I need in stock, I just need to go and pick up. But what I am trying to do is have a front set ready for foximus , and when we meet up again we can just swap the front flare set for his oem set which will allow me to do another front set of flares. I'm just trying to keep the cost as low as possible, but pretty much making enough for staying as a self sustaining project.
Every project is a budget.

Sorry for the delay j202 and people of css who are interested, her is the update.
- ok to start off answering j202, the third set of fender flares are in process.
as of right now I have 1 full set "4" pcs available for install.
- a new set will be available as of 3-18-16.
-these available sets are for local instal only for now as shipping and handleing start to become very pricey for both parties.
- I apologies for the wait , as this is not my full time job I cannot devote as much time as needed.
-I have been running numbers for parts and labor and soon will be posting up a breakdown of prices and why they are that.
again thank you people of CSS for all the messages and criticism it helps to point me in the direction i want to go.

And BIG thanks to the "phoenix", i hope everything is coming along well, please let me know if there is anything else i can help you with.

$200-fender flares
$200- hub centric spacer/adapters.
$500-wheels, optional XXR or STR.
$ 90-lug nuts.
$500-tires, depending on supply.
$350- My labor rate per flare job "4 corners". approximately 12 hours.
this price also includes misc parts , tools, supplies, consumables.
Please note that all prices may very per job, but i tried to keep everything fair and negotiable.

* These are for locals only AKA anyone willing to drive to me or me to them
(sorry to all out of state CSS family, but hopefully one day I can extend my services to you as well)

*PRICES CAN FLUCTUATE DEPENDING ON SITUATION*
Examples:

Props to DCD. Had him come out and we cut my fenders and did the flares ( I installed Rivnuts so they are removable) and I worked them into the pre-exisiting race car aero. As soon as I finish vinyl wrapping them I will get some photos up here to show off his work.

I highly recommend him and his level of work.

set of flares for the taking

ok so this is not a for sale post so I hope this post dosnt get pulled.

situation , a little while back I was contacted by a cobalt ss from texas,
he had asked about doing some flares for him. I came across a dry spell on flares but I let him know as soon I get as set ready for him I will contact him. with keeping him updated every other week I finally went out of my way an above and beyond to satisfy this customer . I had every thing ready and when it came to me giving a final estimate, HE BAILS!

long story short, I currently have a full set of fender flares ready for install if anyone is interested, as I am not selling these I would really like to trade for some car parts.

Trade for.
-carbon fiber GT wing.
- fabrication work -roll bar, harness bar, exhaust work, down pipe for a 2.2. things of this nature.
-short shifter.
-any parts that fit a 2.2.
-oh and donations, donations are always a good trade ;-)

sorry again but this offer only stands for local Southern California CSS family.
if any one is interested post on here or pm me. I can send plenty of pics we can text because posting pics on here is way to hard for me, oh and negations are open.

in my honest opinion i don't like how delta canyon's flares look. wish they were more like the one on the focus above ^, with how they are cut off instead of tapering down to the car. props for the nice work though they do look quality and they fit!

Thanks you for the feedback riceburner, its always good for me to hear what the CSS family thinks of these projects. As for the flares, many people have different taste, but the fact that you still respectfully commented on my work I appreciate that. Who knows what future these flares have, all I know is that these jobs are done out of just plane fun, and maybe one day some actual Chevy cobalt fender flares will come out. Thanks again though.
