No crank , car will not start😐🤔

I just finished replacing the clutch yesterday morning i hook up the new battery to see if the car starts, lights come up car seems okay , now i try to crank it and nothing the car doesnt crank, a light with car and lock comes up it also says "power steering" on the dash.. , so i look over to the starter and realize i wired it wrong so i wired it correctly and then again i try to crank it and nothing again. And im just done with this car . I cant seem to find the problem here . Tried the passlock 3 procedure and still nothing (tried it 2 times now)

Check everything again. Make sure grounds are clean and secure.

This was your doing. Don't blame the car.

If you got the power steering message, the PCM wasn't coming online for whatever reason or you disconnected the PS motor.

Check all your connections again. Make sure your clutch switch is engaging.

What did you have wrong on the starter wiring?

As long as your starter is wired correctly now, and the grounds are connected where they are supposed to be, I am betting you have some issue with your fuse box like this guy. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/elec...-water-324939/ Did you plug your power steering wire back in on the back side of the fuse box? Check your IP IGN fuse for power. Did you remember to tighten the fuse block bolts that pull the connectors to the top fuse box part? I know it seems silly but when I put my car back together it was something I accidentally skipped.

Didn't you say your dash lights weren't coming on like normal? That you only have the lock symbol plus power steering? Or did I misunderstand that.
