i put a new motor in my car same trans and since I haven’t been able to get it to go into gear I have bled the clutch a lot like almost through a gallon of brake fluid and it sill won’t go into gear I can put it in gear while the car is off and start it and it will move but can not switch gears while it is started up my clutch pedal is stiff but the couple people I have talked to keep saying there is air in it I am at a loft for words idk what else to do please help

It's either that your clutch isn't bled, your throw out bearing isn't engaging the pressure plate fingers properly to disengage fully or an error happened when installing the pressure plate. You say same trans but is it the same clutch, TOB and flywheel? If you have all the same components as when it worked before I would say you either still have air in the line or you had an installation error which isn't allowing the clutch to disengage.

drain bleeding will not properly bled the clutch. You need to pull vacuum on the brake fluid reservoir for 10mins, release vacuum, pump clutch for 5-6 times, then repeat until pedal feel returns.

go to harbor freight, get yourself a mighty-vac vacuum pump. and pull vacuum on the master cylinder as Ecaulk stated

From Build book:
"Pump up the vacuum bleeder until it is pulling 15 Hg vacuum on the master cylinder/clutch reservoir. Leave this system pulling a vacuum for about 10 minutes. Release the vacuum and move to the next step—but keep the vacuum bleeder installed as you will repeat this ‘pulling the vacuum’ process a few times."

Rest of the process
"Inside the vehicle (and with the vacuum released), pump the clutch pedal 5 to 10 times. Take a note of the “pedal feel”—the pedal will not have any ‘resistance’ in the beginning, but this should build as you repeat the vacuum/release/pump process. Take your foot off the clutch pedal. Reapply the 15 Hg vacuum on the brake/clutch reservoir. Hold that vacuum on the system for approximately 4 minutes. Bleed off all the vacuum and pump the clutch pedal again 5 to 10 times. Repeat this process until you have suitable clutch pedal pressure"
