I'm not sure what that is in the picture, but several places sell press-on hubs and pullies.

I Have a Eaton M62 Kompressor with Magnet Clutch in a Mercedes W202.
And that Picture is the attachment to the shaft on the compressor. I do not know how the other disc stops, on the wave. So she does not slip . Bad English, ik.

Is it possible to delete the magnetic clutch and just run a normal pulley?

You mean Run with the Magnet Clucht, but Permanent like a normal Clutch? Yes.
That is how i am Driving. Because my Clutch is a bit broken.

Yust bring the 2 Parts of the Clutch together. With Bolts or with welding.
But when you durve a Mercedes you make more.
i mean 100Ω or 50Ω resistance for the ECU
I can make a picture from my Mercedes.

But back to my question with a Smaller Pulley for my M62 Kompressor

In this picture, It looks like the M62 on the right has a normal shaft instead of splined. Could you use one of those? M62 on cobalt SS has a smooth shaft.

It looks like your Mercedes pulley shaft is different than the Cobalt M62 pulley shaft. Cobalt M62 pulley/hub assemblies may not work with your Mercedes M62.

Have you screen from the Cobalt M62 Shaft?

a quick google search turned out this setup

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Performance...-/273674925669

pricey, but anything with splines is going to be.
