Lower my cobalt

I have a cobalt LT at stock height. I want to put lowering springs on it. What is the lowest i can go and does anyone have any particular lowering springs they recommend?

I have a 08 lnf ss, I put the zzp performance lowering springs on. Dropped the front 3/4 inch in the front and 1 1/4 in the back. Yours it will drop 1 in the front and 2 inches in the back. Personally that's all further in will go because of my intercooler just about scraping on everything and over big bumps my exhaust hits the rear axle. Fills in the wheel well gaps. Rides not the best because I think the struts are at the bottom of their travel so soon im going to be installing koni adjustable struts to compensate.

Can you confirm? Just because I wanted to know if the ZZP springs were ok for our stock struts/shocks. Most likely going for the YYZ springs everyone recommends however I still want options just in case.
