Ljavy17 Vs Stg 3 SRT4.
So, I was tunning my new installed meth and after finding out I had run out of meth and thats why I could not go over 20 degrees of timing without getting like 6 degrees of knock I refilled my tank and went for the 12.3afr and 25 degrees of timing. It was about 2 in the morning on a deserted street. Anyways im here in the stop light just looking at my logs, waiting for the green and an SRT4 pulls up next to me!
He goes
Ljavy, Yo, wannt to run it,
SRT, No man, I dont think you want to run this
Ljavy, Oh, I dont think you want to run THIS
SRT, Revs , (sounds beautiful, kind of scares me, lol) I rev, lol. WHIIIINE.
SRT, Stg3, without toys, and full exhaust. (HUUUGE intercooler, which he didnt mention)
Ljavy, Oh I only have intake header and exhaust. lol
Ljavy, lets do it do, at the green
so we take off, I get noooo wheel hop. I I also launched at 2500rpm, my ingalls deff did its job, I took him by about a car on take off, then I did my technique, from first to second, and got NO clutch slip at all, (I give it a second before I slam it into second) my 235s tires did its job on grabbing that pavement like never before on that second gear shift, by the time I got to third gear I had about 2 to 3 cars! I could not believe it, I was just waiting for him to catch him by the middle of third gear, he did start to catch up, but not enough, by the time we hit 120, I had kept my 2 cars on him!
He goes, well, I still need a tune, and I might have an exhaust leak, and I heard those things are slow!
I go yeah, I thought they were slow too. lol. Until I got my meth. LMAO.
Then we went out separate ways.
Edit, He also said he was putting down like 310whp and 350wtq, I think Its our gearing of the way our supercharger delivers its power that allowed me to beat him. I am thinking im around 300whp and 280 wtq.

Nice kill man. Nice to hear yah beat a stage 3, i thought those were suppose to put down like 350HP or is that only on race gas?? What do the stage 2's put down if you dont mind me asking isnt it like 280HP?

Nice race bro! SRT4 s with stage 3 are quick, but becaureful of SRTs with a 50 trim and meth. Guy around here just put down 425whp. What meth kit do you have and how do you have it installed?

Stage 2's are usually in the 250-290WHP range depending on tune and supporting mods, stage 3's are in the low 300's untouched and with slight tunning and bigger exhaust are usually 350+. Stage 3 alone is a 12.8-13.0sec car on street tires.

Lucy what did you run before the GT35? I'm sorry but a stage 3 with the dial a boost is a 12sec car on the stock tires with no HOM or anything, while it's actually a task getting a 50 trim to do the same. But you are entitled to your own opinion

Nice kill bro. I wish I could say the same for myself last night with my buddies SRT-4. He doesn't have Stage 3, but his car is more like the equivalent to a Stage 2 w/ toys but better. The car is freaking fast. I gave him a run for his damn money though, and had a nose on him until about 120ish. I wish my compression didn't get lowered so much by the damn 2.2 Cometic gasket. Grrrr....

I was deff very surprised at the outcome. I would have expected to lose really, since he has so much more tq than me. However, I guess it was an all drivers race, and since I got no clutch slip and I hooked right away then thats why I won. However a wins a win, and Im sure its a drivers race between me and that srt from a stop, However from a roll, he would probably still beat me.
And whoever asked about the axles, they are fine, since I only have 60 percent boost up to 90 in first gear so I really dont think ill snap them, even less likely with my ingals, and coming up trany moutns and Bwoody traction bars.
