Just a suggestion, but it might beneficial to give premium members a lower wait time between searches, say 10 or 15 seconds.
I'm sure alot more members would sign up for a premium account then.... just another added perk.

Then again.... maybe I'm just cranky with the server's 30 second wait time...

 

how about NO search wait time for prem members?

 

Well.... I run a local sportbike forum also, and learned this much... no search waits + large user base = major server load!

 

i like the wait...allows me to have other internet websites up lol

 

exactly why its 30 seconds now... I know it sucks, but waiting 30sec is better then having to site go down for 10-15min at a time 6-7 times a day

 

search button is for noobs! just post a thread asking the same question 100 times

 

I'm sure it upsets enough people that they would sign up for a prem membership just to cut that waiting time... or am I the only one?

I bitched about it the other day...gixxer.com has 29872398473298 more users than this little site and we only have to wait 5 seconds over there...its nice.


But I am sure they have a way bigger server too so...
