see someone's rep?
 

i know we added the rep system a while back, and it's helpful for determining if someone is legit. one suggestion though, is there anyway that we can actually see what people have said about this person? for example, all you can tell is that "so and so is on a distinguished road". which means they can have anywhere from like 10 to 100 rep points or however the system goes. also, who's to say that they don't have 100 rep points but they have 50 bad ones? i realize those are extreme examples, but i think this great system would be further improved if there was a way we can actually read the comments left.

if you goto your "user CP" you can read comments if they left any.

you can read your own, that i know. i'm saying if you could read someone ELSE'S rep comments.

on another forum they have it to where you can see comments people left for the rep.

I have no problem with it. I have 276 + rep points and 1 negative where I got called a fag. So if I somehow offended 1 person but over 270 of you think I'm ok then I'd say I'm doing pretty good.

I got some random "fag" -rep too... worthless. Especially when you only have 20 or so. ;)

This is a great idea... cause if you don't know what the rep is for, you don't really know how good the person is. I think this leans more towards buying and selling though.

I like the idea of seeing other's comments. Kind of like an e-Bay thing.

I'd like to be able to see more as well. plus it would be nice to know the system and is there any truth to the rumor that if a person with more rep gives you rep you get more points? I got like 4 reps last week but jumped from 31 to 55.

I got repped twice yesterday. Once it counted for 5 points from wdsoccer, and the second counted for 3 points from nramlow2006.

If a person has more of their own rep points they give more to others. So like Jack could give 20 per and I could give 1 per.

Is there a way to see ALL of your rep points? When you go to User CP, it only shows recent rep added. What about all of it? I'm just curious because I got +1 for apost awhile back, and if I go back to it, it says my reputation for the post is even, and the bar isn't green anymore, it's gray. So someone canceled out the +rep and I don't see why and there's no comment about it.
