So far I have seen a Red SS/SC and a Silver SS/TC going to the College. Also witnessed an all Yellow SS TC the other day. Wonder if any of them are on here

 

I've seen a couple when I have visited

 

I live in the Quad City area, i have a 09 Blue SS/TC, havent really seen a whole lot around.

 

I have a 09 Black SS with the Punisher badge on back.. seen a couple actually around, Yellow NA, Red TC... that is it besides me... and I think im the only one who represents CSS.net out here lol

 

Ive seen a few around, but most are na or sc. Havent seen any other tc's.

 

Looks like we might be the only 2 then haha

I've got a 09 tc and I go to wiu Macomb.

 

I've got a silver 2010 bolted and tuned.

 

So where in the QC do you guys stay at? I am in Moline, any place to go to meet up, possibly start something over here (just a get together kind of thing), I have to say recently tried "the filling station" bad ass wings there!

 

I'm from Moline too. Ya I'd be down for a small meet. Filling stations good but always a wait with no reservations. Used to meet up with a couple other guys from the area but I think they've sold their balts since. Ill look into it though. .

 

Sounds good, I currently work nights and during the weekends.. so my schedule is pretty messed up right now.. But if there is any word of people wanting to do a meet and greet of CSS.net then Ill try to make it..

 

i'd be down for a meet somewhere. Once i get done chasing the rattle around the damn rear end.

 

Well either way, I would be down to meet anywhere as well. Always cool to see new places and hang out with others. Also, end of the month, my schedule changes for 12 weeks of having weekends off.

 

The best Cobalt meet of the year is at CED, I would suggest you guys try to make it. That's when pretty much everyone from Illinois tries to make it out!

I've never seen him on here before. Met him once through some other car friends at a small get together. I'd have to look him up on facebook lol the one im thinking of was kinda cocky.

 

how can you not be cocky with a 250whp car. I mean, it doesnt get much faster than that!

ugh, that reminds me, i need to more or less replace my rear suspension, the ******* clunks from the rear are annoying the ever living **** out of me.

Ran into another blacked out ss. Its a supercharged, works over at manarys in Moline. i stopped in about a week ago and ended up talking cars with him. Said he might join the forum

 

Appqrently there is a fully build blue ss/sc in the area. Sounded like he said fly built motor, cams, and a tvs. Saw him while I was out with that big ass cruise last night

 

Should have gone on saturday night lol. I was underneath working on my coilovers

 

There were easily 50 cars cruising up and down the Avenue, large assortment too. Saw a couple cobalts but didbt really get a chance to talk to anyone.

On another note, trying to find a wingless trunk, because I didn't but a black car, is a huge pain in the ass.

 

what color is your car? if your not wanting a cf trunk or special trunk, try online junkyards. i picked up a wingless one in vic red for about 350$ shipped a couple years back. i pulled my wing off a few days ago and wish i never sold the other lol, looks shitty but i like wingless better even with noticable marks. cant wait to get a tjin trunk!
