Can anyone tell me what this is under my steering wheel? Is this a GPS tracker???? Just bought this car used, Infiniti FX35 2011. WHAT IS THIS BLACK BOX AND CAN IT B Removed?

That looks like the CIA's standard ID-10T tracking unit. You can't remove it, as it has a self-destruct feature built in.
