wanted to bring this back up, seems to have got lost. scott needs ateast 10 to put a deposit down or he prolly wont come out here. ive seen several wanting a tune. hold out for a bit and yall will have the best out there to tune your car and you can run the track and the tune will be revisted to adjust. vince is the most popular on the boards to do tunes.

if yall have just basic bolt ons yall can still get a tune on the car.

As for tuning, Id say 60%+ of the people ordering tunes have bolt-ons like your car. Our tuning gains 10HP/TQ at the wheels (sometimes more), improves throttle response and improves the fuel economy, too. Ive never spoken to anyone that didnt think the tune was worth it.

well if you have a wideband the numbers your afrs will be at around 14 or so till 3-4 seconds pass and then your numbers numbers around 11 or so. well that 11 means power. thats what makes you go fast. and if it takes 3-4 seconds to do that, thats just power lost, a race lost, or time off your race time.
now that i'm tuned it happens AS soon as i hit the pedal and open throttle is achieved. yea you can say its cause im charged, but no its because of the tune. those 3-4 seconds make a huge difference, and on top of that...you will get more hp out of it. its almost better to just get a tune that it is to get an intake, or random cheap mods that give hardly any hp gain.
i can vouch for the fact that vince is badass, hes a great tuner and he actually cares about doing it right. my clutch went out and i messaged him saying i couldn't data log with his tuner for a few weeks. he said not to worry about it, his goal was to get me set perfectly and to just talk to him when it was fixed. not many people care like he does. now come on guys, just 4 more to sign up to get him here! there will be plenty at the bash that will get him to tune their cars at the track but if hes not there then no one can get it.

Vince is awesome!! I tried getting Vince here to Missouri for a Tune Day. But the thread got locked. But no one wanted to do it. You guys are so lucky to meet the MAN in person. Wish i could be there!!
vince is awesome to work with. I live local to him here and was his test car for the cobalt tune...met with him on many occassions and he is AWESOME!! cool guy to hang out with and great with the car!!

I believe I'll be added on to the list... but I'm paying trifecta up front cuz I need the tune to actually drive up.. and vince is gonna fine tune it when I get there.

and yes your right, if you purchase before the show you can count it on the list. for instance haza has already gotten his tune,paid and received. so that only leaves you and 1 other on the list that will be purchasing in full before the show..but heres my only issue. if i have everyone else send in their deposit and one you ends up not being able to purchase then vince ends up being short. so if you could pruchase asap or at LEAST put down the deposit for it so we can get him the amount promised im sure it would make him very happy.
other than that is everyone else ready to send in their deposits???

ok bad news guys...somebody backed out of their deposit.. Jn2 no longer wants to get tuned at bash so i have to take him off the list...so it looks like we still need 1 more person in order to get Vince down to bash.

REMINDER vince only NEEDS at least the $75 deposit now from 10 people. you can pay the rest AT the bash. just wanted to clarify if those dont have all the money now. you can obviously pay more but $75 is what is needed. once the 10th person signs on then all will need to send in their deposits to secure vince's trip down here.

this is his reply on tuning a bolt up modded car from my email:

stop sending your damn cold fronts all the way to texas, esp this most recent one. we were enjoying our 60-70 degree winter just fine and yall keep messing it up!
its 27 now and we should get in the 40's. then tommorrow we will be close to 60 again.

Even if you plan on getting the full tune mailed in before the bash you need to send in 75 of it now.
the only one on the list that i know has already paid in full is interviewatruins, all others need to send in $75 to - vince@trifectaperformance.com - via paypal or he said you can call him with a credit card.
once he receives all the deposits he can make travel arrangments !
