that list is incomplete...notice no one from houston or OK is on there..and ive gotten several pre reg. from both areas. so were looking at having ALOT of cars out there...it would be even BIGGER if i could get more interest out of the KAPPA platforms but from what i gather the majority of sky/solstice owners think they drive corvettes and are too good to hang out with cobalts(even though they have the SAME engine)

ya the 45 i mentioned above

around 15 from houston

around 10 from oklahoma

around 4 from k-leen area

around 5 from tyler

around 5 from the DFW area, dont ask?

so if just these ones show around 70-80 depending on last second issues. this is just a VERY general idea.

On the data logging runs all you have to do is just run through the gears in the 1/4. you dont have to floor it and burn up clutches.
just a nice hard run thru the gears. Vince is sending me 2 GT1 turners for the data logs. i will email them back and he will tweak the tunes.
be sure to turn off all the traction controls so its a good clean run.

no one wants anyone to ruin a car doing a data log

as to what he can do i will let him chime in on the SS/TCs since it is his department.
if you have any questions, email him at Vince Geglia vince@trifectaperformance.com.

if you are getting a tune he will need all the mods you have done to your car and your vin#.
give him an idea of what you are looking for.
We did a tweak tune for RBC where it limits it to 10 lbs of boost in first gear.
maybe RBC will chime in on the updated tune.

hope this helps

as to RBC and a dyno day, id be in

also if you have aim or yahoo messenger, you can hit me up on the left inder my name or
c_j_krause_iii on yahoo messenger

so if we plan on getting a tune at the bash we need to email all this stuff now or just have it ready when we get there?

sending it to him now would help vince and cj out...as they can have your tune ready for you when you get there and help save time, not to mention it helps them know more accuratly how many people they will be getting tunes. so while you CAN pay at the show , if you are able i suggest sending info and payment now, it really helps out more than you know when you pay ahead of time.

To reiterate what Scott said.

If you paid, send all your information to them NOW. By sending it now they can have a tune ready for you when you arrive and they can begin immediately. If you don't send the info before the bash, you will have to wait for Vince to make you the tune from scratch, while if you had paid you would have a base on the car immediately and just be tweaking.

cj is a very good guy..but he is only doing the uploading and logging...Vince is doing the tuning remotely from home..cj logs your car, sends the data to vince, vince sends a tune back and cj puts it on your car. its alittle more complicated than it had to be but in the end the same person is still doing the adjustments

getting tuned on the track is BETTER than the dyno.. its real.. u dont have to worry about a loaded or non loaded dyno. real time driving conditions cuz its really u going down the track

actually....... a dyno tune is typically better, since on a dyno you can see actual hp numbers..that lets you advance spark and change af ratios till you hit peak hp

well fortunet for you vinces tunes are already worked off a dyno thats one of the things that makes them so good..all YOU have to do is get it uploaded to your car
but when tuning from scratch a dyno is NEEDED to achieve peak power
