just called local inspection shop, in PA you're allowed 1 not ready.

just so you guys know, whenever you go and get your cars inspected, mostly you'll automatically have one monitor not ready, which is your evap system. Unless your state inspector is patient, or it's a slow day, they won't wait for this monitor to go through its cycle (as it takes about 15-60 minutes for it to turn on after the key's been turned off).

Good call. I stopped by my buddys shop last night and I was wondering why my evap wasn't ready. I knew my o2 monitor would be, but not evap. Thanks for clearing that up.
any good "code scanner" will tell you if your monitors are ready or not ready. this is a very simple, easy and quick check that can be made before you pay for an inspection. if you dont have one ask the shop you go to to do the scan...if they dont know how....you need to find a better mechanic
yeah, well I'm gonna turn back on the DTC for rear 02 sensor, set that to 3, correct?. I didn't have a MIL when I turned it off, my turner and I found that a MIL would EVENTUALLY show up, but usually after 10k or so on the DP.
