it doesnt really count when you pay someone to do it and when you list stuff that came stock with ur car like ur "chrome dipped rims" that you had costom done when ironically they come stock on the 07 coblat ss or ur air brushed dash trim kit that you had costom done when GM offers the exact same kit for like 200 dollars or something

cause I'm in the Air Force....I was lucky enough to buy my cobalt (in Oct '05) right before they discontinued to sale GM vehicles to military members (due to contract problems). So I lucked out on only paying $19,728.00 w/ a $2,500.00 discount

sorry for answering your question and more

How many people can drive? I have met many people in this area that have more mods but don't even know how to drive. Ok well I'm drunk but I will make a street tire challenge for those that show up at the Austin meet in February. Who can run the best time with the least amount of mods. It may not be me but I guaranty it will NOT be the person with the most mods. It may sound a little of subject from the prior post but sounds like a good idea. Calling all Cobalts?!

I'm sorry to sound like an ass but, this meet is not gonna have any street racing involved. I think alot of us would like this to be a annual or semi annual meet. If we do street racing or whatever we would bring unwanted attention to us. Like I said before if anyone is gonna wanna race, save it for the Lone Star Bash which is gonna be at a racetrack.

dragonsfire is right since we are not meeting at a track and since there are gonna be so many of us i dont think it would be wise for people to street race at the meet now like dragonsfire said i think that we are gonna want to make this meet annual or simi annual and it just doesnt look good if we are racing you know what i mean now if yall wanna race next time we can find a track to have the meet at. im not trying to tell yall what to do if yall wanna race and yall go out on the highway away from the meet and race whatever but dont let the cops follow you back

Not to sound like an ass but why would you automatically assume when someone says Race you assume it is street racing. Street racing is for kids. I was under the assumption that there was going to be some planning for some track time. What, would we go and hang out in a parking lot? I can do that at home, no reason to travel to do that.
