Mnatvyc1223 06-16-2009 03:10 PM

pacesetter??? lmao

EXsoccer1921 06-16-2009 03:12 PM

our cars love pacemakers. keeps the heart of the engine going nice and strong. go ahead and pick up a few if you can. and run them inline with the cars main power wire, its like the main blood supply to the engine.

john_boy1987 06-16-2009 03:12 PM

i take that as a no. lol. my exhaust manifold and "downpipe" right where the flex is took a crap and has a leak so i am looking for a good header and dowpipe. something that will sound good

ssyellow 06-16-2009 03:13 PM

what he said^^ thats for a heart, I assume you want to buy this and no I have no clue how good of performance it gives. https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/supporting-vendor-deals-group-purchases-133/only-1-pacesetter-lsj-header-175861/

john_boy1987 06-16-2009 03:15 PM

thats good. exsoccer do you have one on your car? and if so does it sound good?

no i have a 2.2l on my ss i have a zzp header and hi flo cat and 3 inch ex, but my daily driver is the 2.2l. i want to keep the miles low on my ss/sc. i only have 26,xxx miles on it.

EXsoccer1921 06-16-2009 03:21 PM

hhaha i was just bein sarcastic, cause you said paceMAKER, instead of paceSETTER. no i don't have pacesetter on my car, i have the full hahnracecraft kit

john_boy1987 06-16-2009 03:23 PM

its all good. i didnt know i put that. my wife is getting a pacemaker at 18 years old i have alot of shit on my mind. but enough about that. have you heard good reviews about them.

EXsoccer1921 06-16-2009 03:28 PM

i haven't heard anything about them honestly

john_boy1987 06-16-2009 03:32 PM

alright. thanks man.

JapEatr 06-16-2009 03:32 PM

Sorry to hear about your wifes ticker!

The pacesetter is a well designed header that has a leakfree ball and socket style flange

john_boy1987 06-16-2009 03:35 PM

it aint to bad, just alot of doctor and hospital visits. do they sound pretty good tho?

DFZ24 06-17-2009 02:11 AM

i had a pacesetter header ceramic coated in Z24 (2.4L twin cam just in case) with full magnaflow catback and sounded good, and i didnt have no problems at all,
of course this was for a cavalier, i dont know how much different will be for the 2.2 eco
