I've been there a few times, all for different reasons, but not there enough to make a judgement, lol. Last time I was in Nashville was about 2 years ago for the Good Guys National Rod show

Personally I think that Memphis is the WORST city in TN. Nashville is exponentially better and will be my stepping stone east from here. Hopefully ending in Raleigh, NC. We'll see how it goes from here though.

 

knoxville is kick ass if you are looking for new places. it's got the big city stuff to do, and small enough that you feel like it's got the small town friends/people. i moved down here in october of last year and have had nothing but good times.

i've only been to memphis once and didn't feel comfortable there, but i do go to nashville once a month and have stayed there for a few weeks at a time, and still like knoxville the most

The reason I'm moving to Nashville is it has the Paramedic school I wanna go to. If I already was a medic I'd be going to Chatt. Hamilton County EMS does some awesome stuff (cave rescue and ****). Baby steps though.
