If you can't get any personal recommendations for a specific tech anywhere I'd recommend hitting up Crest Chevrolet on the 215 over in San Berdo and at least get an estimate to compare to other dealers in the area. I've been pleasantly surprised with how they handled sales and their service department has taken care of a couple small things on my car very fast. They've got a giant service section and I've personally spoken with their service manager and the owner of the dealer and have been impressed with everyone I've dealt with.

Yeah, I could see that leaving a bitter taste in your mouth. Were you upside down on a trade in or just didn't negotiate a good deal? I did my homework and got mine between invoice and sticker (before the rebate) without any drama. And their service has been great for me, but nearly everyone can have a different perception of any dealer depending on past dealings.
