Yeah, so I just moved to Orange California, and I'm looking for a place to rent somewhere near Chapman University. I'm not looking for anything special, just a room to myself, a place to shower, and have access to a washer/dryer. I'm a neat freak, so you don't have to worry about me making a mess.

Yeah, i'm not too far from you, but hey if you find a place and need someone to split the rent with, hit me up! I'm trying to move out...but i can't afford it on my own.

 

I'm actually renting a place with two of my friends, in Orange. Been here for just about 1 month. We got a smoking deal. 1900sqft, in an awesome neighborhood, for only $625/month/person.
