Cruise control malfunction

Hey guys hopefully you can help me. I can't engage the cruise control. It has done this before and I can't think of anything that would make it not engage. Only thing I could possibly think of is it could be the stereo connection but I don't know. If anyone has anything that would help me out conciderably.

x2 that happens when you ride the clutch too much, should be covered under warranty, if not disconnect the battery, and let it sit, then reconnect.

yeah, the part is only like $6 online, it is, however, a PITA to get to.

also, i dunno on the SCs, but on my 2.4, there are two switches, it's the higher of the two.

but, since they're both like $6, i'd replace them both, whilst i was at it.
