thanks much
I've know people that have worked at Sears and they always told me they were busy. I would say sears has a better rep. than most easy lube places. I would use Sears as a stepping stone, and if working on cars is something you really want to do, then take some automotive classes and get your ASE's.
Also another law, I not sure if other states have something similar, but, If your work requires you to provide your own tools than your min. wage is double min. So $16 an hour if your work requires you to provide your own tools.

I don't think I could live off those wages hell I make close to 30 an hour and still don't have much money left over although my car payments are prettý extreme right now but my balt will be paid off in about a year then I'll be good
luckily i only have the one car payment, cost of living is lower here too which helps... one thing i need to find out is if sears provides tools to there employees out there, have to add that to my list of **** to find out while im there in april. an extra 8$ per hour would be extremely helpful since i already have my own tools. that would put me at around 19/hr which i feel would be sufficient with the people i am moving there with.
holy **** slowbalt. i wasn't even signed up for my apprenticeship and i was making $15/hr here in canada. but then again our 2nd year apprentice's are the equivalent to a journeyman in the states
